In 2003, Noelia Montaner and Angela Pinaglia
embarked on their mission to open an early childhood
center where children would grow and blossom.
Noelia and Angela are not only business partners but
sisters as well. Within a year of beginning their
search, they opened The Thinking Child Learning
Center in August 2004 in Florida City. As their center
grew, they looked for ways to better serve the South
Dade community.
The Thinking Child Academy (TCA), located in
Homestead, opened its door in late March 2007.
What began as just a dream has continued to grow
over the years with God's blessing. TCA now offers
Pre-K through 6th grade classes as well as offering
classes for children with special needs.
The Thinking Child is different from other schools. It is
committed to the education of every single child that
enters its door. The quality of a child's early childhood
education is an indicator of later success in school so
it strives to offer a solid foundation during these crucial
years.
The program has been designed to help each child
succeed. Ms. Montaner and Ms. Pinaglia also
understand that behind every child's success is an
informed and supportive family. Parents are always
aware of what is being taught in their child's classroom
and always welcomed to visit the school and attend
special events.
